Memory Impairment
- Those with mild to moderate memory impairment.
- Not suitable for those afflicted with severe memory impairment or those requiring constant care.
Caregiving
- Recipient has a familial support system, professional caregiving team, or resides in an assisted living or memory care community.
- May also be receiving part-time care from a medical professional such as a visiting nurse.
Living Environment
- Recipient is living independently in their home, in a multi-generational home setting, or in an assisted living or memory care facility.
Internet Availability
- The MyRekollect system requires a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi).
Locality
- MyRekollect is currently accepting applications for pilot systems in the Delaware Valley area.
Feedback
- There is NO COST to recipients to participate in the study. Additionally, caregivers will be compensated for their time to submit a survey at the end of the pilot period.
